Refund Policy

At JsmithBranding, we are committed to providing high-quality branding, website design, and business consulting services. We strive for complete client satisfaction, but we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Deposits & Upfront Payments

  • All projects require an upfront non-refundable deposit before work begins. This deposit covers initial research, planning, and design work.

  • For larger projects, staged payments may be required, and each stage is non-refundable once work has commenced.
     

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
✔️ If JsmithBranding fails to start the project within the agreed timeframe.
✔️ If the project is canceled by JsmithBranding due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client changes their mind after work has started.

  • The client fails to provide necessary information, content, or approvals in a timely manner.

  • The project has been substantially completed or delivered based on the agreed-upon scope.

  • Delays are caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or external software issues beyond our control.

     

3. Partial Refunds

  • If a client cancels a project before significant work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of JsmithBranding.

  • The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and any expenses incurred.
     

4. No Refunds for Completed Work
Once a website, branding design, or consulting service has been delivered, no refunds will be granted.

  • Clients are given opportunities for revisions and feedback within the agreed-upon scope to ensure satisfaction.

  • If further modifications are needed beyond the initial agreement, they may be available at an additional cost.
     

5. Revisions & Dispute Resolution

  • We offer revisions based on the project’s scope to ensure client satisfaction.

  • If a client is dissatisfied, they must communicate concerns within [1] day of receiving the deliverable.

  • Chargebacks or disputes initiated without prior communication may result in project termination and legal action if necessary.
     

6. Cancellations

  • If a client wishes to cancel a project, they must submit a written request via email.

  • Any payments made prior to cancellation are subject to this refund policy.
